Come visit and take a look. The farmers market is located in Ypsilanti, Michigan at 100 Rice Street Depot Town. The market is currently located on the plaza next to the Historic Freight House. The Ypsilanti Depot Town Farmers Market has a variety of fresh vegetables, fruit, organic food,fresh meat(turkey,chicken,rabbit). There are also food vendors offering Hot Tamales and Hot Dogs. The Market also offers children activities and music. There is always craft vendors offering handmade items as well as occasional special events. Some of the Crafters offer candles, baked goods, items made from plastic canvas, knitted items,jewelry with swarovski crystals,dog wear and dog treats. There is also an Avon independent representative. The Co-op has a booth offering bake goods. This year the Ypsilanti Public Library Bookmobile will be putting in an appearance. The Market accepts cash,credit cards,checks and EBT cards. Hours are May 1-November 6,2010 Saturday,8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
