Williamsport Growers' Market
Little League Bl. between Pine & Hepburn Sts. The Williamsport Growers' Market is a producer-only market with more than 20 vendors located in downtown Williamsport. The market takes place every Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm, April 30 through November. The market features locally raised fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy products, honey, flowers, baked goods, crafts and more. Make sure you eat breakfast or lunch there too - Mediterranean pastries, crepes, grilled burgers made with organic beef, and French fries made with locally produced canola oil. Yum! ReviewIf you've shopped at Williamsport Growers' Market, tell us what you think of the market. ReviewsI go with my two-year-old son every Saturday and he loves it. He calls it the "outside supermarket". Love the people and love the products! -- Morgan Went for the first time last Saturday; loved it. Great produce; salmon spread to die for. Got ideas about how to prepare the veggies I had never tried before from the vendor. Will definitely go back; even tho I live 35 miles away. -- p spanner It gets better and better every year!!! I just love getting to know the vendors and knowing more about the foods I eat. There's everything from soap to salsa!! The colors of the flowers and produce are like a watercolor painting...breathtaking! -- Chris Wallace, REALTOR |
